- •Moth genders. Older than 18 years. With indication of extractions of minimum of two teeth in both hemiarchs of the same dental arch.

- •Patients with systemic diseases. Patientes with local changes sugestinf infecction. Patients allergic to the components of the ointment. Patients with reports of antimicrobial use in the last 15 days
