- •All patients that candidate for transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy who referred to Shahid Hasheminejad Hospital; Exclusion criteria: Unable to follow-up patients; Presence of abnormal UA and UC before Prostate biopsy; Unable to use local antiseptic; Previous prostatectomy
