1. Healthy children requiring pulp therapy in primary molars with no history of systemic illness or disease or recent hospitalization.
2.History of spontaneous pain
3.Continuous bleeding after amputation of coronal pulp.
4. Non-vital primary molars with extraoral or intraoral swelling, sinus opening, Grade I mobility due to periradicular infection.
5. Radiographic evidence of minimum bone degeneration
6.Physiologic or pathologic external root resorption limited to apical third and with atleast two-thirds root intact.
1. Primary molars with less than two-thirds of the remaining root length.
2.Molars demonstrating extensive external or internal resorption.
3.Teeth exhibiting greater than Grade I mobility.
4.Teeth nonrestorable with stainless steel crowns.
5.Tooth with presence of exudate requiring more than a one stage pulpectomy procedure
6.Patients having history of allergies
7.Patients having history of any significant medical conditions
