1. Presence of a deep carious lesion involving pulp, sustained bleeding from radicular pulp stump even after removal coronal pulp tissue.
2.Carious tooth having pulp exposure with spontaneous pain
3.Caries-affected teeth with increased mobility, due to dentoalveolar pathosis, but not associated with physiological tooth fall.
4.Caries-affected teeth with pulp pathosis having at least 2/3 of the root length.
1. Physiological root resorption of more than two thirds length
2. Medically compromised child
3. Hypersensitivity to anesthetic drug or to any of the routinely used dental materials
