- •Footballers with regular training from last 2 years
- •Only males
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lower limb injury past six months
- •History of no chronic illness
- •Recent fracture
- •Cardiopulmonary issues
- •Muscle or tendon injuries
- •No motor dysfunction
- •No Vestibular dysfunction
