Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis
age below 18 or above 70 years, previous Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment before previous 2 months, gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, suspected or confirmed malignancy on endoscopy, significant medical illnesses and history of previous gastric surgery, pregnant or lactating women, and the use of antimicrobials or gastrointestinal medications like PPIs or bismuth compounds within the previous 2 months, refuse yogurt due to underlying disease such as DM ,history of drug allergy in first line therapy
