Inclusion Criteria
•Adults aged 18-65 years
•Individuals with mild hypercholesterolemia(total cholesterol: 5.2-7.5 mmol/L)
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant or lactating women
Individuals on antibiotics or probiotics within the past three months.
Individuals with severe health conditions affecting cholesterol metabolism
