Inclusion Criteria
- •Resident doctors (both senior residents and junior residents) of various clinical departments\- Medicine and allied specialties, Surgery and allied specialties, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, who are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Non\-Academic Junior Residents
- •2\.Resident doctors who have not attended either the pretest or posttest included in the study.
