Inclusion Criteria
- •Faculty members who have achieved their learning curve and have performed at least 20 open thyroidectomy and 50 modified radical mastectomy and residents of department of surgical disciplines
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pre\-existing established musculoskeletal disorders, non \- consenting candidates and non â?? compliant with the prescribed intervention
