1. Back pain patients who complain of pain for more than 2 weeks
2. Patients with moderate to severe lumbar disc herniation or spinal stenosis that do not require surgery
3. Adults aged 19-69
4. Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study
1. When surgery is required: When daily life is impossible due to paralysis, bowel and bladder problems, and extreme pain that persists even after conservative treatment for more than 4 weeks
2. Patients with a history of previous lumbar spine surgery
3. Patients who are unable to give voluntary consent or who have difficulty conducting research independently: minors, elderly over 70 years of age, and patients with reduced cognitive function
4. Pregnant and lactating women
