Inclusion Criteria

1. age 18-60 years old
2. Low-intensity isometric contraction during work more than 4 hours/day or 20 hours/week
3. Pain score 3-7 by NRS
4. Neck pain duration more than 1 month
5. Can communicate via LINE application

Exclusion Criteria

1. Trauma related neck pain
2. Rheumatologic disease except osteoarthritis
3. Disease that cause weakness in core muscle eg. stroke, multiple sclerosis, myopathy
4. History of spine surgery
5. Spondylolisthesis
6. Physical examination found weakness, impair pin prick sensation, abnormal deep tendon reflex, spurling test positive
7. frozen shoulder or rotator cuff tendinitis
