Being over 60 years old
willingness to participate
Health in terms of hearing, vision and cognition
Ability to use a smartphone
Not doing other sports while doing qigong
Not doing any kind of relaxation technique
Not having an activity prohibition order from the doctor
Not suffering from acute and advanced physical and mental diseases that prevent doing exercises
The fear of falling score is higher than 10
Unwillingness to continue cooperation
Not doing more than 3 sessions of exercises
Suffering from physical diseases that prevent full participation in training

Name Time Method Elderly Fear of falling. Timepoint: All participants will complete the saffe fear of falling questionnaire before the intervention and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: saffe fear of falling questionnaire.
