Inclusion Criteria
Confirmation of Covid 19 infection by an infectious disease specialist and hospitalization in the ward
The patient should be 18 years or older.
The patient's blood oxygen saturation should be 93% or higher.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient dissatisfaction with cooperation in the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method General Health. In this study, the 28-item Goldberg General Health Questionnaire will be used to assess patients' general health. Timepoint: Before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Through GHQ-28 questionnaire and comparison of scores of the two groups.;Sleep quality. The score that patients will receive from the Richard Campbell Sleep Quality Questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Through the Richard Campbell Sleep Quality Questionnaire. A higher score indicates better sleep quality.
