•Patients of age group 5 to 18 yrs
•Patient suffering from enuresis ICD11- 6C00.0 with bedwetting episodes more than equals to 2 times per week for at least 3 consecutive months.
•Participants of either sex or transgender.

•Denying informed concent.
•Patient having any congenital anomalies leading to enuresis.
•Secondary paediatric enuresis.
•Patients who have taken any systemic antibiotics in the past one month.
•Urinary tract infection confirmed by urine routine and microscopic examination and KUB ultrasonography if known case of UTI, and worm infestation confirmed by stool ova, parasite and cyst.
•Tobacco chewing and or smoking, alcoholism and or any forms of substance abuse.
•Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
•Self reported immunocompromised status, or patients too ill to participate in consultation or study.
•Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within the last 6 months
•Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trials.
