Inclusion Criteria

  • •Enrolled for TRR surgery.
  • •ASA I and II
  • •Aged between 18 and 40 years old

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients’ refusal to participate in the study.
  • •Patients with local infection at injection site.
  • •Coagulopathy.
  • •Un\-cooperation with the study protocol and pain scale assessment.
  • •Mental retardation.
  • •Drug addiction.
  • •Known history of allergy to the study drugs.
