Inclusion Criteria
- •Enrolled for TRR surgery.
- •ASA I and II
- •Aged between 18 and 40 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients’ refusal to participate in the study.
- •Patients with local infection at injection site.
- •Coagulopathy.
- •Un\-cooperation with the study protocol and pain scale assessment.
- •Mental retardation.
- •Drug addiction.
- •Known history of allergy to the study drugs.
