Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Enrolled for TRR surgery.
  • ASA I and II
  • Aged between 18 and 40 years old

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients’ refusal to participate in the study.
  • Patients with local infection at injection site.
  • Coagulopathy.
  • Un\-cooperation with the study protocol and pain scale assessment.
  • Mental retardation.
  • Drug addiction.
  • Known history of allergy to the study drugs.
