Inclusion Criteria
Patients with SICH presenting within 72 hours from the onset of the acute symptoms would be included
Age > 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
?Intraventricular extension
?Infratentorial location
?h/o anticoagulation
?bleeding disorders
?hemorrhage related to intracranial neoplasm
?presence of AV malformations
?Critically ill at admission
?Presence of end organ damage ( CCF, respiratory failure and others)
