Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with temporomandibular disorders after application of a questionnaire based on the DC-TMD (Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders) and clinically evaluated by a trained professional; Patients of both sexes; aged between 18 and 50 years; who present unilateral or bilateral pain on palpation in the temporomandibular joint; pain on palpation in the masseter, temporal, medial pterygoid and lateral pterygoid muscles will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients treated with orthodontics or orthopedics recently; Patients diagnosed with some degenerative disease of the temporomandibular joint; Patients diagnosed with systemic diseases such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis or osteoarthrosis, osteoporosis and osteopenia; Using any drug with analgesic, sedative, muscle relaxant or anti-resorptive effects; Pregnancy; Photosensitivity history
