- •Patients admitted to ICU with shock and requiring norepinephrine to
- •maintain a MAP > 65 mmhg.
- •Cause of shock presumed to be due to sepsis, as defined by 2016 Sepsis-3 guidelines.
排除标准
- •Known history of any prior cardiac disease.
- •Known history of COPD/ILD.
- •Inability to obtain clear ECHO images
- •Refusal to participate.
