Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with age 15 years or more who have hypoxemia defined as PaO2 less than 70 mmHg at room air who require flexible bronchoscopy for diagnosis of abnormal pulmonary lesions.
2.Patients give consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1.Contraindications for NIV or HFNC.
2.Indications for intubation
3.Preexisting invasive ventilation
4.Refuse to participate study
