(1) conformed to the diagnostic criteria for acute renal injury. (2)The main symptoms: nausea and vomiting, eating less sodium stay, heavy drowsiness, dry mouth, bitter mouth; Second disease: sticky mouth, abdominal distension, tongue coating yellow greasy. With 3 main symptoms or more than 2 secondary symptoms, referring to the tongue can be identified. The specific points criteria refer to the guiding principles for clinical research of new Chinese medicine. (3)The gender is unlimited, age 18-70. (4) patients' informed consent to the treatment scheme.
(1) Recovery of renal function in patients with obstructive nephropathy after removal of obstructive factors; (2) chronic kidney disease stage 5; (3) patients with rapid progressive glomerulonephritis (crescent) or acute/subacute tubular interstitial injury confirmed by pathological diagnosis; (4) of clinical data is not complete; (5) It shall be set with cardiovascular, liver, brain and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, mental diseases; (6) women in pregnancy or in preparation for pregnancy or lactation; (6) Once known for the drug allergy patients; (7) Therefore is participating in other intervention clinical trial; (8) We will treatment compliance poor, cant on time take medicine, cant regularly follow up with the patient.
