入选标准
- •Age at least 50 years
- •Patient was diagnosed as primary osteoarthritis from ACR guideline
- •Patient can be unilateral or bilateral knee pain
- •Patients have radiologic evidence of OA knee follow Kelgren and Lawrence
- •Freely individual mobility
- •Can communicate
排除标准
- •Secondary or tertiary osteoarthritis knee
- •Hsitory of hip or ankle surgery
- •History of using physical modality such as Ultrasound, ESWT or TENs in last 6 month
- •History of steroid injection in last 6 month
- •Allergic to Paracetamol
