Patients With ASA-1 And 2

Scheduled For Elective Middle Ear Surgeries

Willing To Give Written And Informed Consent

Exclusion Criteria

Patients With History Of Smoking

History Of Drug Or Alcohol Abuse

Patients With Impaired Kidney Or Liver Function

Patients Who Had Recieved Anti-Emetics Within 24 hrs Before Scheduled Surgery,Mensturating,Pregnant Or Lactating Women

patients who had history of motion sickness and history of previous post-operative nausea and vomiting

known allergy to study drug
