Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients With ASA-1 And 2
  • •Scheduled For Elective Middle Ear Surgeries
  • •Willing To Give Written And Informed Consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients With History Of Smoking
  • •History Of Drug Or Alcohol Abuse
  • •Patients With Impaired Kidney Or Liver Function
  • •Patients Who Had Recieved Anti-Emetics Within 24 hrs Before Scheduled Surgery,Mensturating,Pregnant Or Lactating Women
  • •patients who had history of motion sickness and history of previous post-operative nausea and vomiting
  • •known allergy to study drug
