Inclusion Criteria
- •\- experience fear of falling on a regular basis
- •\- avoid activities due to this fear at least regularly
- •\- report a fair or poor perceived general health
- •\- live in the community
- •\- 70 years of age or older
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- confined to bed
- •\- waiting for nursing home admission
- •\- unable to communicate in Dutch
