入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Pregnant women at term- more than or equal to 37 weeks gestation.
- •2. Singleton pregnancy.
- •3. Cephalic presentation.
- •4. Reactive CTG (cardiotocography) trace.
- •5. Bishop score <6.
排除标准
- •1. Symptoms and signs suggestive of chorioamnionitis.
- •2. Prior uterine surgery (caesarean section, myomectomy),.
- •3. Multiparous 3 or more
- •4. Bad obstetric history.
- •5. Severe IUGR.
- •6. Severe oligohydramnios.
- •7. Contraindications to vaginal delivery like placenta previa and cephalopelvic disproportion.
- •8. Medical disorders complicating pregnancy, GDM, preeclampsia, heart disease, renal disease, pulmonary disease.
- •9. Active vaginal bleeding.
