Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with positive RT PCR Test (Reverse Transcriptase polymerase chain reaction \-(PCR)) test
- •Showing only mild symptom, not requiring hospital stay \& enrolled under Home Isolation Care of SRI HER, SRMC
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age less than 18 years
- •2\. Covid positive Patients classified as moderate/severe cases requiring hospital admission with RR \>30bpm Spo2 \<92% HR \>125bpm
- •Severe dyspnea (minimal effort or rest)
- •Signs of respiratory compromise (cyanosis, use of accessory muscles)
- •Altered alertness (lethargy, acute confusion, disorientation)
- •3\. Patients not willing to participate in the study.
