Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with positive RT PCR Test (Reverse Transcriptase polymerase chain reaction \-(PCR)) test
  • •Showing only mild symptom, not requiring hospital stay \& enrolled under Home Isolation Care of SRI HER, SRMC

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age less than 18 years
  • •2\. Covid positive Patients classified as moderate/severe cases requiring hospital admission with RR \>30bpm Spo2 \<92% HR \>125bpm
  • •Severe dyspnea (minimal effort or rest)
  • •Signs of respiratory compromise (cyanosis, use of accessory muscles)
  • •Altered alertness (lethargy, acute confusion, disorientation)
  • •3\. Patients not willing to participate in the study.
