Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The study includes:1\.Women pregnant for the first time (Primigravida)
- •2\.Pregnant women willing to participate
- •3\.Pregnant women who are above the age of 18 years 4\. Pregnant women available at the time of data collection.
- •5\. Pregnant women who are at, or crossed 34 weeks gestation with normal course of pregnancy.
- •6\.Pregnant women possessing a smart phone.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The Study Excludes the Pregnant women who are:
- •1\.Pregnant women who are at, or crossed 36 weeks gestation with normal course of pregnancy. 2\.Pregnant women with medical \& surgical complication which might complicate the pregnancy 3\.Pregnant women with any psychological disorder.
