1) Diagnostic criteria for depression of traditional Chinese medicine: classification of traditional Chinese medicine was based on the classification method of Applied Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine (edited by Wang Yongyan and Yan Shiyun, Shanghai Science and Technology Press, 2nd edition, 2009).
2) The age of 18 to 50 years.
3) Consistent with the clinical manifestations of depression.
4) Sign the informed consent.
1) Comorbidities and other diseases, such as schizophrenia, associated physical diseases and brain organic diseases, and a history of epilepsy were excluded;
2) Psychoactive substance abusers or alcoholics;
3) Take drugs that affect the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and the mental nervous system
4) Patients who received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the last 3 months;
5) Pregnant and lactating women.
