Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged between 25 to 50 years old.

Both male and female participants.

Patients not undergoing any treatment with analgesics.

Patients with Chalder fatigue scale (C.F.S. score) more than 15.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients below 25 and above 50 years old.

Pregnant and lactating women.

Regular practitioners of yoga for last 6 months

Patients with Chalder fatigue scale (C.F.S. score) less than 15.
