Inclusion Criteria
Apparently healthy individual.
Individuals with age limit of 18 to 60 years.
Individuals of either gender will be included
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals below 18 and above 60 years of age.
Individuals having Diabetes mellitus (Type I and type II), Tuberculosis of any body part, Hypertension, Anaemia, Lung disease, Cardiovascular disease.
Individuals having major illness or operated recently for any cause.
Individuals having acute lumbar spondylosis and cervical spondylosis or any acute illness.
