Results Female (n 359) Male (200) Most patient were older than 55 years old. (390) Most subjects had Bachelor degree (276). Most patients had appropriate perception about dental implant. Approximately 90% of patients agreed and satisfied with the esthetic and function of dental implant that like natural teeth . Most patients agreed with the maintenance schedule after treatment. Some were misunderstanding about the complication of implant (74%) and the longevity of dental implant.(38%)

1. Patients underwent with fixed restoration on dental implants from faculty of dentistry, Mahidol University during 1 January 2013- 31 January 2019 that provided by academic staff/specialist or postgraduate student
2. After loading prosthesis at least six months
3. Single crown or bridge
1. Complete edentulous case
2. Patients refuse to answer the questionnaire
3. The incomplete answer questionnaire
