Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Sixty patients
  • •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I and II
  • •aged from 18 to 65 years
  • •of either sex
  • •undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fractures, metastatic fractures of the spine

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with known allergies to any drug used in the study
  • •patients with a pregnancy
  • •patients on sustained release narcotics and substance abuse
  • •patients not giving consent
