Patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Scale
12 to 21 score of Yale-Brown Scale
Do not receive any Psychiatric Medication 6 weeks Before the Start of the Study
Written Consent for Participation
No Some Disease such as; Heart, kidney, Liver disease and Blood disease
Other psychiatric disorders such as Behavioral Disorder and Bipolar disorder
Consumption of Drug abuse
Consumption of drugs that Effect on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder such ac Lithium, Gabapentin and Buspiron
Restrictive living conditions that Cause the Patient to not Complete the Course of Treatment and Needs Another Drug
Sensitivity to saffron
Pregnancy and lactation
Alcohol addiction

Name Time Method Depression Disorder. Timepoint: Before Intervention, one, two and three months after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Questionnaire.;Anxiety Disorder. Timepoint: Before Intervention, one, two and three months after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Beck Anxiety Questionnaire.;Investigating Reduced Symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Timepoint: Before Intervention, one, two and three months after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Measure a questionnaire of Yale- Brown scale and Hamilton Rating Scale tests.
