入选标准
- •Patients between age group of 18-85 years undergoing traumatic lower limb (below knee) orthopedic surgery under combined parasacral ischial plane (PIP) and femoral nerve block.
- •ASA physical status I-II
排除标准
- •1.Patients with peripheral vascular disease
- •2. Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
- •3. Patients with diabetes mellitus.
- •4. Wounds or injuries that preclude application of ultrasonic probe.
- •5. Pre-existing motor or sensory deficit in the operative limb
- •6. Patients with thrombocytopenia / coagulopathy, on anticoagulant and/or thrombolytic therapy.
- •7. Morbid obesity (BMI >35)
- •8. Infections at the intervention site
