Inclusion Criteria
40 patients undergoing distal upper limb surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age under 16
2. Uunable to give informed consent
3. Neurovascular compromise of limb
4. Allergy to amide local anaesthetic agents
5. Coagulopathy (INR>2)
6. Chest or shoulder deformities
7. Healed but disclosed clavicle fracture
