Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult patients of both genders, aged between 18 and 65 years.
2. American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
3. Patients undergoing total laryngectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Body mass index (BMI) more than 35 kg/m2.
2. Patients with neuromuscular diseases.
3. Patients with bleeding or coagulation disorders.
4. Patients with psychiatric disorders.
5. Presence of infection at the site of injection.
6. Presence of allergy to any of medications used in this study.
