入选标准
- •1.Age of onset of diabetes of the proband between 7-30 years
- •2.Body mass index below 30kg/m2
- •3.Family history of diabetes in one or both parents of the proband.
- •4.Duration of diabetes less than 2 years
- •5. Patients who understand the nature of study and willing to provide a written informed consent
- •6.Good pancreatic B- cell reserve as shown by C- peptide levels
- •7.GAD and / or Zinc Transporter or IA-2 antibodies negative.
排除标准
- •1.Type 1 diabetes
- •2.Gestational diabetes
- •3.Fibrocalculous pancreatic diabetes
- •4.Presence of acanthosis nigricans or severe obesity
