- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method This study is expected to delineate the prevalence of MODY and its subtypes in India.

This study will also help to compare DNA obtained from salivary samples with DNA obtained from blood in the same individuals and this help to standardize the salivary methods for MODY (monogenic diabetes) detection in the future.

The study will provide data on the efficacy and safety of (Diamicron MR 60) in the MODY subtypes 1, 3 and 12.

It will help to increase awareness about MODY in India.

Timepoint: June 2021
