- •Patients aged over 60 years or their caregiver who currently have a follow\-up visit at the geriatric clinic, Ramathibodi hospital.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients or their caregiver refuse to participate the telephone interview.
- •2\. Unable to contact via given phone number during the study period
