Inclusion Criteria
Hand injured patients with age between 18 to 59 years
Did not returned to work
Between 3 months to 1-year postoperative period
Should be employed before the injury
Underwent a single surgical process
Exclusion Criteria
Participants with any comorbidities like cardiac conditions, joint diseases, polytrauma, cognitive and psychological problems that may influence return to work.
