Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Hand injured patients with age between 18 to 59 years
  • Did not returned to work
  • Between 3 months to 1\-year postoperative period
  • Should be employed before the injury
  • Underwent a single surgical process

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants with any comorbidities like cardiac conditions, joint diseases, polytrauma, cognitive and psychological problems that may influence return to work.
