Patients over 60 years of age who suffer acute fracture with insufficient autogeneous bone grafting in the area of a bone defect of 5cm or less around the artificial joint of the femur or a risk of complications.
(Even if the subject is 80 years of age or older, the patient can participate in the study with the subject's voluntary consent if it can be confirmed that the patient has a health condition that can understand the information related to the study and make decisions. )
?Patients with poor comprehension of other mental disorders
?Patients planning surgery due to tumor or pathological fracture
?Patients who do not want to participate in the study
?In addition to the above, those who have clinically significant findings that the principal or the person in charge medically judges to be inappropriate for this study
