Inclusion Criteria
1. Age group 25-55 years.
2. Subjects who are apparently healthy.
3. Probing pocket depth and clinical attachment level of 4-6 mm
4. Radiographic evidence of horizontal bone loss.
5. Subjects who are willing to give informed consent for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Radiographic evidence of vertical bone loss.
2. Subjects who has history of drug allergy.
3. Any form of tobacco consumption.
4. Pregnancy or lactating females.
5. History of any form of periodontal therapy in the past 1 year.
