Patients undergoing superior calyceal puncture in pcnl
Exclusion Criteria
Stone size more than 4cm, single functioning kidney, previous renal surgery, congenital renal anomaly, uncontrolled diabetes, Hypertension, chronic kidney disease, middle and lower calyx puncture

Name Time Method To determine the effect of position of bolster on puncture (supracostal/infracostal) during prone PCNL. <br/ ><br>â?¢ To assess if there is variation in pleural complications with bolster position (horizontal vs vertical). <br/ ><br>â?¢ To standardize the position of bolster in prone PCNL surgeries.Timepoint: 2 weeks
