Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I and II, scheduled for thoracolumbar spine surgery in prone position
Exclusion Criteria
Inability to fully open mouth for assessment, pre-existing oropharyngeal pathology, severely limited neck mobility, unstable cervical spine, pregnant patients
