Individuals aged 18 years and above.
Those with a Cervicovertebral Angle (CVA) of 48 degrees or less, indicating a forward head posture.
People who can use a computer.
Participants who engage in activities with a minimum of 30 hours of sitting per week.
Individuals without chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
Those who have no prior experience using a standing desk and have a good understanding of the study's content and have provided their consent to participate.
individuals with limitations in their sitting and standing postures.
Those who have undergone neck or back surgery or have spinal conditions (e.g., compression fractures, infections), or neurological disorders.
Individuals who have experienced cardiovascular problems within the last 6 months.
Pregnant or planning to become pregnant individuals.
Individuals who do not consent to participate in this study.
