Inclusion Criteria
- •COPD patients aged 40 years or more
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of COPD exacerbation within 3 months, 2\. Systemic steroid treatment within 6 weeks, 3\. Inability to perform handgrip strength or peak inspiratory flow rate testing, 4\. Tracheostomy or treated with home mechanical ventilation
