Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Asymptomatic bankers working in a Multinational bank
- •Age \- 30 to 50 years
- •Working for 6\-8 hours a day
- •Having a job profile of desk job (sedentary)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known cardiovascular/ neuromuscular dysfunction
- •Any pain related to trauma or recent fractures (within 2 years)
- •History of pre\-existing metabolic, endocrine disorder or infection that might affect the musculoskeletal system
