Inclusion Criteria
- •participants aged 30-60 years having the profession of farmers, teachers, and house-helps and willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •participants having any neuroloical condition or musculoskeletal issues such osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, recent upper limb fracture bone, recent upper limb surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, diabtes mellitus
