Patients more than 18 years of age.
Patients being treated in the IPD of the department of Plastic Surgery.
Willing to give consent to participate.
Patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Patients suffering from any previous major psychiatric Illness. Patients having secondary medical conditions.
Drop Out criteria:
If the participant misses two consecutive sessions of assessment they will be considered dropped out.
If a participant develops serious complications with their health and is unable to continue will be considered dropped out
Misses more than 2 follow-ups will be considered dropout
