Inclusion Criteria
•Married women
•Staying with husband in the same household
•Between the age group of 18 to 55 years
•Working for more than two years as a tea garden laborer in the tea estate
•Willing to give consent
•Both permanent and non-permanent workers
•Who can read & write Assamese.
Exclusion Criteria
•Married women who have reported any major neurological disorders or medical conditions and poor intellectual and mental health.

Name Time Method â?¢This study will be helpful to understand the Psychosocial determinants of mental health i.e., substance use, domestic violence, and marital adjustment among the women working in the tea estate. It will also be helpful to identify the association between psychosocial determinants and mental health among them. Based on the findings of the study, future researchers can be planned psycho-social interventions to reduce mental health and substance use problems.Timepoint: 24 months
