Inclusion Criteria
- Patients with obesity type II or or (BMI>35kg/m)
- Age > 18 years
- Informed consent to participation in study
Exclusion Criteria
- Mental disability or other forms of severe mental retardation
- Acute psychotic or manic symptoms
- Dementia or other forms of severe neurodegenerative disease
- Poor German language skills

Name Time Method Change in weight, ascertained via scale through the responsible clinic for bariatric surgery or the clinic for endocrinology conducting the conservative program for weight reduction respectively, examination preoperatively and before beginn of the program respectively, 6 months and 12 months postoperatively or after completion of conservative program respectively.
